APPLICATION OF THE ISO 9001 version 2000 STANDARD to the
AXE 6 Group Quality Management System.
Our group is one of the
rare removal firms to benefit from this certification awarded
by the AFAQ.
Our ISO 9000 Quality Management System, certified according
to the ISO 9002 system of reference, is the guarantee for
our customers and partners that we will respect our commitment
and that our services are compliant. As our quality system
is constantly evolving, we have decided to apply standard
ISO 9001 version 2000. This enables us to respond to new
customer demands. This approach is applied to all the activities
of the AXE 6 Group. It involves and determines :

Adoption of the eight elements defined in ISO 9000, and

surveys" carried out with our customers which, after analysis,
lead to our implementing appropriate actions.

scheduling and know-how with mastery of procedures.
Verification with performance indicators, inspection audits
and immediate corrections after recorded malfunctions,
enables us to improve our system all the time. Relationships
with our suppliers :
the measurement comes from the evaluation of the quality
of services ordered and the quality of our relationships.
