of your move, both at technical and administrative level,

Deadlines
Plan 15 days to a month before the move for
good scheduling. We respect agreed deadlines.
Technical visit
A consultant comes to draw up an inventory.
A complete, precise list of the effects to be moved is established:
this determines the type of transportation to choose and
the personalized packing to anticipate.
This company adviser advises you in the choice of an appropriate
service: this will depend on the time available, the budget
and the destination. He/she defines with you the details
of this service (packing of personal effects, transporting
plants, taking down light fittings) ...
There are 4 predefined categories of services
:
- Category 1 : Complete and comprehensive
- Category 2 : Almost complete
- Category 3 : Dynamic

- Category 4 : Only heavy, bulky furniture
(no cardboard boxes or small objects: tables or electrical
appliances, for example).
Our consultant's role is also to guide you
in the choice of your insurance cover: he/she estimates
the value of the goods in consultation with you, or leaves
you to do the valuation.
Quotation
Following this meeting, you are presented
with a clear, precise quotation. This mentions in particular
the departure and arrival addresses, the planned removal
date, the volume, the guarantee of the goods, the type of
transportation and details of the services provided.
You may either accept this quote, or you can formulate a
request for an additional clause, in which case, a new proposal
will be drawn up.
After acceptance of the quotation, AXE 6 management will
be referred to for their approval.
The removal is then scheduled according to the dates you
have confirmed and the availability of the suitable means.
